Bring Riskscape's address and property data to your website.
Built for South Africa, by South Africans.

See it in action

A few lines of code - the right property, first time

Drop-in address search and mapping for insurers, banks, property platforms and e-commerce checkouts, backed by Riskscape's address and cadastral data.

1 - Your developer adds it

2 - Your customers use it

Property address

Starting the live demo…

Live - suggestions come from Riskscape’s national address data.

What you get

Two plugins - use one or both

An address search box and a map that work on their own or as a pair - so your customers find the right property first time.

Address search - suggestions as your customers type

It attaches to the search box you already have and suggests verified South African addresses - street addresses, complexes and estates, suburbs and points of interest, each labelled so the right one is obvious.

Map - see the property behind the address

An interactive map built on Leaflet, the industry-standard mapping library: Riskscape base maps with property and scheme boundaries, wired to the search box - pick an address and the map flies straight to it.
Who it's for

Built for the teams that own the address field

If a wrong address costs you money - a mispriced policy, a failed verification, a failed delivery - the search box is the place to fix it.

Online stores

Delivery-address capture at checkout - customers pick a verified address as they type, so parcels stop failing on typos, missing unit numbers and complexes the courier can’t find.

Insurers

Quote-and-buy journeys where the property behind the address drives the premium - capture the right risk address first time, down to the unit in a sectional scheme.

Banks & lenders

Onboarding, collateral and verification flows that need a resolved address and property key - not a free-text field someone reconciles later.

Property platforms

Listing search, valuations and portals - an authoritative SA address search and map, with usage split per tenant if you re-bill.

Internal tools

Claims desks, ops dashboards and CRMs - the same two plugins drop into internal apps as easily as public ones.
For your developers

An afternoon's work, not a project

It fits the site you already have - no new framework, no performance cost, no accessibility rework.

Works with any stack

Plain JavaScript with no framework requirement - it behaves the same in React, Vue, Angular or a static page. One script tag to start, no build step needed.

Genuinely lightweight

Each plugin weighs less than a single photo on most pages. Your site's speed stays yours.

Accessible by default

Full keyboard and screen-reader support is built in - the search box behaves the way an accessibility audit expects, with nothing to configure.
Common questions

Straight answers

Will it work on our website?
Yes. The plugins are plain JavaScript with no framework requirement - they behave the same on a React, Vue or Angular app as on a static page. Your team adds one script tag and points the search plugin at the input you already have.
Do we need both plugins?
No - each works on its own. Start with the address search, add the map when you want customers to see the property behind the address, or run both from day one. They're designed to pair, not to depend on each other.
Which areas do you cover?
All of South Africa. Suggestions are matched against Riskscape's national address and property records - street addresses, complexes and estates, suburbs and points of interest across the country.
Does it work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Both plugins are built for touch: suggestions are easy to pick on a small screen, and the map handles gestures carefully so it never traps a visitor mid-scroll.
How do we get started?
Generate your own API keys and browse the documentation online, whenever your team is ready. If you serve customers of your own, usage can be reported split per customer.
